Beefs MEMO TO BRUCE McMAHAN

Friday, September 10, 2010

Listen, I know you have a lot of money. Like, the piles of cash that you do not know what to do.

But certainly do not have to be a better way of throwing money to keep trying to throw me to court.

I suppose I could be thinking, now that you've got their lawyers to clean your registry Wikipedia page disturbing sexual behavior, that his story has faded into the background and I can plague this stupidity of the deposition without consequences.

Think again, Braveheart Boy.

I learned the other day that you have appealed the decision of a judge after he agreed with me that I should not have to testify in his pathetic legal action against his former wife fifth. In 2007, our writer interviewed the wife and is now trying to drag to court, saying simply talk to her violated the terms of a gag order certainly had her sadistic low.

But we both know why you really want to get me under oath. You have never exceeded our 2006 article that his sexual relationship marginalized year with one of his daughters, culminating in the bizarre "wedding" that took her in Westminster Abbey.

I assume by now you've managed to return to the goodwill of his fellow hedge funds that may not heard that story bit the first time. And with Wikipedia deletion, you must figure it's time for some recovery in the form of an old lawyer free from harassment.

While we await the outcome of his appeal, why not just readers rediscover what landed in court, for starters.
